What Happens If Someone Is Caught Engaging In Fraud?

Any test center engaging in fraud will be subject to enforcement action. Enforcement actions range from program suspension or expulsion as well as other legal action. If you suspect fraud, please call the DMV at 203-805-6243.

Solicitation, offering and/or acceptance of a bribe to pass a vehicle is illegal and subject to prosecution.
